On 13th February, 2023 Kenya and INVAP (a state-owned company in the nuclear sector in Argentina) held discussions on areas of collaborations in nuclear technology. The Argentina team was led by H.E Amb. Gabriela Martinic accompanied by professionals from INVAP while the Kenyan team was represented by Mr. Maroko Moriasi from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kenya and NuPEA Board and Management.
Argentina is a world renowned provider of cutting-edge nuclear technology. The wide range applications of the nuclear reactors developed by INVAP play a fundamental role in people’s daily lives. They are being utilized for science and technology, education, environment, and industry as well as for the production of radioisotopes in the medical field.
